症 例．生後4週，男．
主 訴：左前頚部腫瘤．
既往歴・家族歴：特記すべきことはない．
現病歴：第1子，在胎40週，頭位，身長53cm，体重3,900gで出生した．Apgar scoreは9点であった．生後3週ごろに沐浴中に左前頚部に母指頭大の腫瘤に母が気づいたため小児科を受診し，当科を紹介され受診となった．
初診時身体所見：身長58cm，体重5,200g．左胸鎖乳突筋部に母指頭大の腫瘤を触れた．顎下腺および頚部リンパ節の腫脹はなかった．
外観所見：前頚部外観所見を示す（図1）．
初診時画像所見：頚椎単純X線像（図2）ならびに胸鎖乳突筋部の超音波画像（図3）を示す．
