は じ め に
二分脊椎患者は，股関節周囲の筋力不均衡により股関節脱臼・亜脱臼を生じることがある．麻痺のレベルによってその発生頻度は異なり，Sharrard分類Ⅱ群で40％，Ⅲ群で40～70％，Ⅳ群で3～17％などと報告されている1～3）（表1）．しかし，その外科的な整復の是非についてはさまざまな意見がある．
