は じ め に
膝前十字靱帯再建術（anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction：ACLR）において，靱帯の固定にはさまざまなデバイスが使用されている．Interference screwやsuspensory typeのデバイスが最近は多く使用されており，素材も金属，吸収性材料，プラスチックなど多種多様である．われわれは，金属アレルギー患者に対して非金属固定材料であるpolyether ether ketone（PEEK）素材のQuattro Link Knotless Anchor（QL：Zimmer-Biomet社，Warsaw）を用いてACLRを行った症例を契機にQLを用いたACLRを行っており，文献的考察を含めて報告する．
