Factors Affecting Nursing Students' Intention to Find Employmentat Home-Visit Nursing Stations: A Literature Review

要 旨

目的：看護学生の訪問看護ステーションへの就職意向と訪問看護ステーションへの就職意向に対する影響要因を明らかにする。

方法：医中誌Web を用いた文献レビューを行った。

結果：文献110件を抽出し、9件を対象とした。学生の訪問看護ステーションへの就職意向は、新卒で就職したい0 〜1.1%、将来就職したい30.0 〜56.7% であった。訪問看護ステーションへの 就職意向に対する影響要因は、 コアカテゴリー≪訪問看護実践の理解≫≪就職先として検討する視点の芽生え≫があり、さらに9カテゴリーに分類された。

考察：訪問看護実習の経験や訪問看護師の知り合いの存在が、訪問看護への関心を高めるとともに、訪問看護のイメージを形成し、「将来就職したい」という就職意向に影響すると考えられた。就職先として 検討する視点が芽生えた学生は、新卒訪問看護師に関する情報収集と身近な存在に相談を行い、情報量の少なさや反対意見に戸惑いながらも、訪問看護ステーションの教育体制や社会的意義を吟味し、就職を検 討すると考えられた。

Abstract

Aims: We identified nursing students' intentions to find employment at home-visit nursing (HVN) stations and the factors that affect their intentions to do so.

Methods: We conducted a literature review using Ichushi-Web databases.

Results: We extracted 110 articles and analyzed 9 of these. Among students intending to find employment at HVN stations, 0-1.1% wanted to work there as a new graduate and 30.0-56.7% wanted to work there in the future. The factors affecting students' intention to find employment at HVN stations were categorized into two core categories: “understanding of the HVN practice” and “Beginning of consideration as a place of employment.” Next, we summarized the factors affecting students' intention to find employment into nine categories.

Conclusions: The experience of HVN practicum and the presence of an acquaintance working in HVN increase students' interest in and shape the image of. These were considered to influence the intention to find employment at HVN stations in the future. Students beginning of consideration as a place of employment collect information about newly graduated home-visit nurses and ask for advice from those who are familiar person. Although students are perplexed by the small amount of information and opposing views, they would consider employment after examining the educational system and the social significance of HVN.
