自閉スペクトラム症の家族機能に関連する要因は何か？—スコーピングレビュー

Factors associated with family functioning in autism spectrum disorder: A scoping review

要旨：自閉スペクトラム症児への作業療法では，家族をシステムとして理解し，支援することが重要視される．そのため，家族をシステムとして理解するための概念である家族機能を調査することは，作業療法士が家族を支援するための知識を構築する可能性がある．本研究では，スコーピングレビューを用いて，自閉スペクトラム症の家族機能に関連する要因を整理した．6つのオンラインデータベースから資料が検索され，20の文献が基準に合致した．家族機能に関連する要因として，子どもの問題行動や，親の健康状態などを特定した．また，複数の家族機能を改善する介入が存在したが，作業療法士による介入はなかった．

　In occupational therapy for children with autism spectrum disorder, it is important to understand and support the family as a system. Therefore, investigating family function, which is a construct aimed at understanding the family as a system, has the potential to assist occupational therapists in obtaining information with which to support the family. In this study, a scoping review was used to organize factors related to family functioning in autism spectrum disorders, and materials were retrieved from six online databases. Twenty references met the criteria, and factors related to family functioning were identified, including children's problem behaviors and parents' health status. In addition, several interventions to improve family functioning were identified, but none of these were provided by occupational therapists.
