要旨:本研究は,申し送り書の受け取りからケアプラン作成の過程で医療機関のリハビリテーション職が記載すべき生活行為の情報を明らかにし,申し送り書に必要な情報の構造的枠組みを作ることを目的とした.方法は,ケアマネジャー4名を対象に非構造化面接を実施し,SCQRMおよびSCATを用いて分析した.その結果,83の構成概念が生成され,5つの大カテゴリーを得た.申し送り書は,QOL,役割,習慣を焦点化し,福祉職に具体的な介入方法を提示する必要性が示唆された.
The purpose of this study was twofold: to clarify the information on daily activities that rehabilitation staff at medical institutions should include in the process of receiving referral forms and creating a care plans, and to use this information to create the necessary structural framework necessary for a referral forms. An unstructured interview was conducted with 4 care managers and the responses were analyzed using SCQRM and SCAT. As a result, 83 constructs were generated, and 5 major categories were obtained. The letter of submission focused on quality of life, roles, and habits, suggesting the need to present specific interventions to welfare workers.
