要旨：作業療法では，対象者が行いたいことや必要としていることと実際に行っていることとの間に生じる作業ギャップを把握することが重要となる．本研究の目的は，作業ギャップを測定するOccupational Gaps Questionnaire日本語版（OGQ-J）を作成し，言語的妥当性を検討することである．方法は，標準化された手順に従いOGQ-Jを作成した．その結果，原版との内容的な整合性を保ちつつ，日本の文化において使用可能な30の活動項目で構成されるOGQ-Jの言語的妥当性が確認された．今後は，高齢者や心身機能の低下を伴う人々を対象に含め，信頼性および妥当性の検証を実施する必要がある．

　It is important to identify the gaps between what people want and need to do and what they actually do in occupational therapy. This study aims to develop and verify the feasibility of the Japanese version of the Occupational Gaps Questionnaire (OGQ-J). The OGQ-J was translated according to standardized procedure. As a result, the linguistic validity of the OGQ-J, which consists of 30 activity items that can be used in Japanese culture, was confirmed while maintaining the content consistency with the original version. In the future, the reliability and validity of the OGQ-J should be verified by including the elderly and people with reduced physical and mental functions in the target population.
