要旨：本研究の目的は，作業療法において患者の疲労がどのように扱われているか，また疲労を評価するためにどのような尺度が使われているかを，明らかにすることである．系統的な文献調査によって44の論文が抽出された．その結果，身体障害または職業関連の作業療法では患者の疲労が治療または評価の対象として扱われていたが，精神障害をもつ人の疲労を扱った論文はなかった．疲労を評価する尺度は24種類抽出され，多くの尺度がリカートスケールによって構成されていた．

　The aim of this study was to clarify how fatigue was treated in patients undergoing occupational therapy and to examine which assessment scales were used to evaluate fatigue. A systematic review of the literature identified 44 articles. The articles indicated that patient fatigue was treated or assessed in people with physical disabilities undergoing occupational therapy or people undergoing work-related occupational therapy. However, no articles dealt with fatigue in people with mental disabilities. Twenty-four scales to assess fatigue were identified, and most consisted of questions based on a Likert scale.
