要旨：本研究の目的は，Assessment of Motor and Process Skills(以下，AMPS)を用いた研究を概観することにより，AMPSが臨床場面において，どのような用いられ方をしてきたかを明らかにすることであった．MEDLINEと医学中央雑誌によりAMPSに関する過去の論文を検索し，①AMPSを国際的に標準化するための開発に関する研究，②対象者の機能的制限とAMPSとの関係について検討した研究，③AMPSに基づく介入研究，の3つのカテゴリーに分類し検討した．その結果，AMPSは，わが国の訪問リハビリテーションにおける作業療法の分野においても活用できる評価法であることが示唆された．

　The present study attempts to clarify how the Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS) is used in clinical situations by surveying studies using AMPS. Previous research on AMPS was investigated on MEDLINE and Japana Centra Revuo Medicina and classified into three categories: (1) studies on the development for international standardization of AMPS, (2) studies on the relationship between the functional limitations of subjects and AMPS and (3) interventional studies based on AMPS. The results indicate that AMPS is an assessment method that can be used in occupational therapy as home-visit rehabilitation users in Japan.
