A 54-year-old woman with Crow-Fukase syndrome of polyneuropathy received about 5 months of occupational therapy intervention. The intervention was planed and implemented with occupational performance analysis based on Assessment of Motor and Process Skills (AMPS) using activities related to her role. As a result, her occupational performance abilities were consistently improved over 5 months regardless of the change in symptoms or/and impairments. This case study indicated the effectiveness of occupational therapy for a person with Crow-Fukase syndrome of polyneuropathy.
