調理活動再獲得に向けて調理用自己評価シートの活用—シングルケースを通しての評価シートの有用性

The utility of a self-assessment sheet in cooking activity re-acquirement of asingle case

要旨：右片麻痺の成人女性に対し家庭での調理活動の定着を図る目的で，段階付け調理動作訓練と，作業療法士が作成した調理用自己評価シートを併用したプログラムを実施した．プログラムは，未獲得動作に焦点を当てた反復訓練の実施，および毎日の経過を自己評価シートに記載することであった．14週間の訓練を通し，事例は自己能力を認識し，修正・反復を繰り返しながら調理活動が定着し，主婦としての役割を再獲得した．自己評価シートの活用は，家庭においては，自己判定表として使用が可能である一方，外来通院においては，作業療法士によるフォローアップが低頻度ながらも重点的・継続的に行われ，調理活動の定着に向けての有用性が示唆された．

　To stabilize cooking activity at home in a female with right hemiplegia, an occupational therapist devised a program consisting of the combination of stepwise cooking training and a cooking self-assessment sheet. In cooking training, movements were acquired focusing on unattained movements.

　In addition, she recorded her daily course on a cooking self-assessment sheet. Result : For a period of fourteen weeks, she recognized unachieved movements, revised and repeated the movements, and finally regained cooking activity and a role as a housewife. The use of a cooking self-assessment sheet in training at home allowed her the self-evaluation of the effects of training while recalling the cooking movements. At the outpatient clinic, continuous support with clear priorities became possible even by infrequent follow up by an occupational therapist. This program was useful for promoting the stabilization of cooking activity.
