在宅介護家族の主観的介護負担感に影響を与える要因—介護家族負担感尺度（FCS）を用いて

Factors that affect a home care family's feeling of a subjective caring burden : Family Caregiver Burden Scale (FCS) is used

要旨：介護負担研究の中でも，介護負担感とその他の要因との関連を研究する相関研究と，介護負担感を予測する因子の同定や介護負担感を含む説明因子からの予測研究で，多くの要因が挙げられている．今回，介護負担感に関連する要因の内，従来の研究結果において一定の結論が示されていない要因について調査を行い，①介護期間が3年未満に比べ3年以上の介護者の負担感が高い，②介護時間が4時間未満に比べ4時間以上の介護負担感が高い，③実母や配偶者に比べ義父や義母・実父の介護者の介護負担感が高い，④デイケアを利用する介護者の負担感は非利用者に比べ高い，⑤要介護度別において介護負担感の有意な違いは見られない，という結果が得られた．

　There are correlations between research and prediction research with regard to caregiver burden research. Correlation research studies the relation of a feeling of a caregiver burden, and other factors. Prediction research involves predicting a future feeling of a caregiver burden or the factor explaining a feeling of a caregiver burden. Until now, the factor relevant to many feelings of a caregiver burden has been shown by these caregiver burden researches. 　1 : The caregiver who performed home care for more than three years had a statistically high feeling of a caregiver burden.

　2 : The caregiver who performed home care for more than 4 hours per day had a statistically high feeling of a caregiver burden.

　3 : Compared with the actual mother or the spouse, the feeling of a caregiver burden of the caregiver of a father-in-law, or a mother-in-law and actual father was statistically high.

　4 : The feeling of a caregiver burden of the caregiver using day care was statistically high compared with the non-user.
