在宅介護者の介護負担感軽減に関する調査研究(2)—介護サービス利用・問題解決方法と介護負担感の検討

Reducing the burden of home caregivers(2) : A cross-sectional study

要旨：本研究の目的は，在宅介護者の介護負担感軽減のための有用な介入方法の開発に当たり，介護負担感の軽減に影響を及ぼす諸要因について検討することである．調査は，茨城県内の全ての在宅介護者を対象に，層化二段無作為抽出法により実施した．

　結果は，ショートステイや排泄介助，トイレ改造のサービス利用者の介護家族負担感尺度(以下，FCS)が有意に高い一方，訪問医療では，サービス利用者のFCSが有意に低かった．また，相談者や援助者がいる介護者，趣味がある介護者，および家族や医療職に相談している介護者のFCSは有意に低かった．

　The aim of this study was to determine characteristics which would influence the reduction of care burden for caregivers associated with the use of care service, and problem-solving methods.

　All caregivers in Ibaraki Prefecture were randomized and sent questionnaires regarding their demographic data and their caregiving subjects, contents of their home-help services, and problem-solving methods. The results demonstrated that the Family Caregiver Burden Scale (FCS) of the caregivers significantly showed higher values in short-term stay, toilet (help on/off, wiping) and remodeling of toilet facilities, while there were lower values for home-visit consultation.

　Characteristically the caregivers with some relation to consultants or helpers, to family or medical staff, as well as those with hobbies scored significantly lower in FCS.
