要旨:作業療法における歩行能力の評価では,簡便で標準化された歩行テストに基づいて歩行速度,歩幅,歩調およびそれらの関係を知ることが望ましい.本研究では10m歩行テストの方法と手順を述べ,若年成人男女282人の歩行変数のデータを示した.男女とも歩行速度が増加するに伴い歩幅と歩調は増加し,両者の関係は直線回帰によって近似することができた.歩幅と歩調の比(歩行比)は,男女とも歩行速度によらずほぼ一定に保たれていた.自由歩行では,広い速度範囲で歩行比が一定になるような歩行パターンを取ることが本研究でも確認された.
In order to evaluate gait disorders in rehabilitation, a walk test, standardized and feasible in a clinical setting, is needed. In this study, the method and procedure of the 10m-walk test were described, and walking speed, step length and cadence were measured for 282 students from the ages of 18 to 21 years old (89 males; 193 females). The subjects walked along a straight 10m-walkway at 3 different speeds. The time of the 10m walking and number of steps and their distance were measured independently, from which the mean walking speed, step length and cadence were calculated.
The step length and step rate increased linearly with speed, and the walk ratio (step length/cadence) remained constant in a wide range of speeds.
The result of this study confirmed the accuracy and the clinical feasibility of the 10m-walk test.
