治療者代理描画ぬりえ法—その技法の開発と治療的展望について

Therapist performed drawing therapy: Development of the technique and possibility of therapeutic view

要旨：精神科病院臨床における作業療法では，重い病理を抱えた統合失調症患者を対象とすることは多い．筆者は，彼らの心理のありようの理解と共感をすすめる一手段として，「治療者代理描画ぬりえ法」を考案，実施した．その結果，本法はぬりえの安全性を活かしつつ，患者のイメージの世界を治療者と共有する，効果的な技法である可能性が示唆された．本法において治療者は，治療関係を支えにして関与的観察のもとに，患者との構造化されたやりとりの中で夢想することを，効果的に使用するのである．本論では技法の手順，活動分析，幾つかの具体的な作品とエピソードを紹介し，本法の技法の治療的可能性について考察を試みた．

　One target of occupational therapy in mental hospitals includes schizophrenics who have serious symptoms and who have distempered personalities. The author has invented a new method for understanding and accepting schizophrenics' psychological state. The author calls the method "Therapist performed drawing therapy". Then he actually conducted it. Consequentrly, this method suggests that it is safe to use color drawing while the therapist observes. This method has to be used in situations where the therapist knows the patient's buckground. The therapist is a "participant observer", and he uses effective "reverie" based structural communication between the therapist and the patient. In the main thesis, the author introduces procedure, activity analysis, some patients' works, and their episods. Moreever, the author tried considering the therapeutic possibilities of this method.
