要旨:日常生活活動(以下ADLとする)で重要な移乗動作に対して,現在幾つかの訓練方法が実施されている.その中の一つに,生活場面での繰り返し訓練が挙げられる.今回,脳卒中片麻痺患者3例に対し,生活場面で,移乗動作の繰り返し訓練を1日5回程度,3週間行い,移乗動作得点とGoal Attainment Scalingで,その有効性を検討した.また,週1回のADL評価(Barthel Index)を行い,移乗動作の改善が,他のADLに影響するかを検討した.その結果,3例全ての移乗動作に何らかの改善がみられた.また,移乗動作の改善は,関連あるADLの自立に影響を与えていた
There are training methods to teach transfers, which include repetition of transfer activities. This study examines, in a hospital setting, the effect of repeating transfers with relation to, and in the rooms of, three hemiplegic patients. The repeated exercises were done five times a day. After three weeks, all cases showed improvement in their transfer activities on the Bathel Index and Goal Attainment Scaling. The improvement of transfer activity influenced other related activities of daily living.
