作業療法士による脳損傷者の就労支援への領域認識と支援の形成プロセス—就労支援経験のある作業療法士10名による面接調査研究

Occupational therapy and support for brain injuries: Occupational therapists' interviews on employment support

要旨：本研究は，脳損傷者の就労支援における作業療法士の役割について，就労支援を1年以上経験している作業療法士10名を対象に，修正版グラウンデッド・セオリー・アプローチを用いて質的分析を実施した．逐語録の分析結果から17概念を生成し，そのうちの13概念から5個のサブカテゴリーを経て,「就労支援に関わる自覚」，「就労のための準備」，「就労定着へ関わる」の3つのカテゴリーを生成し，支援領域と支援の形成プロセスを作成した．作業療法士は，職業準備性支援を進めていく中で，当事者の就労定着に必要な要因を模索すると同時に，職業リハビリテーション専門職業人との連携を図ることで，就労定着へ関わっていることが明らかになった．

　The purpose of this study is to clarify the role of the occupational therapy in vocational rehabilitation for people with brain injuries. We carried out a qualitative study based on the Modified Grounded Theory Approach with ten occupational therapists who had provided more than one year of employment support. Seventeen concepts were generated, and three categories with five subcategories were extracted from 13 of the 17 concepts. The three categories were, “awareness of the necessity and the effectiveness of support at work”, “support in work readiness” and “support in continuous employment”. Finally, we made a framework outlining the overall process. We clarified that occupational therapists seek factors necessary for continuous employment when supporting work readiness, and then support continuous employment in cooperation with others in the profession of vocational rehabilitation.
