要旨:本研究は,就労支援機関が医療機関に求める連携・協力に関する実態を明らかにすることを目的とした.対象は東京都内の特例子会社・就労支援機関の責任者385名で「医療機関に対する協働支援の期待」「地域連携」に関する質問紙を作成し調査を行った(有効回答数136件,回収率35.3%).結果,「継続的な診療を行い,必要な時に連携を取れる相談窓口や担当者を定める」「退院後の支援に関する情報の説明・提供」「自身の障害に対する理解を促す支援」が特に期待される割合が高いことが明らかになった.また,退院後,就労支援を開始した後に医療機関と連携が必要だとする回答が多く,長期的な協働支援体制を整える必要性が示唆された.
The purpose of this study was to clarify the expected roles of work support service providers at medical institutions. A questionnaire was conducted of 385 service providers in special subsidiaries and employment support organizations in Tokyo (136 usable responses with the return rate of 35.3%). The questionnaire items included "role expectations of collaboration with work support agencies" and "community cooperation." Results showed that many of the respondents perceived the following roles: "providing continuous medical care and establishing consultative support systems by opening a consultation window with a particular consultant," "providing information on post-discharge support," and "providing further counseling services regarding disability awareness.” Many of the respondents expected hospitals to have more work support cooperation during the post-discharge period. The results of the study suggest an urgent need to establish a system of transition from hospital to work.
