「高齢者における余暇活動の楽しさ」定義の妥当性の検討

Validating the definition of enjoying leisure-time activity in the elderly

要旨：高齢者における余暇活動の楽しさ定義の候補を5つ作成し，その妥当性を検討した．作業療法士184名に，5つの定義候補に関する同意の程度と意見の記載を依頼した．検討方法は，同意率が80％以上かつ不同意率が1％以下を同意と見なし，その後文献との整合性の有無を確認した．結果，「高齢者における余暇活動の楽しさは，余暇活動を実施している時に気分がよくなることである」の定義候補が，同意率96.7％，不同意率0.5％となり，同意が得られた．「高齢者における余暇活動の楽しさは，余暇活動を実施しているときに気分がよくなることである」の定義候補は，同意基準を満たし，文献との整合性が得られたため，妥当であると判断した．

　Objectives: The purpose of this study was to examine the validity of the definition of the 5 sections of leisure-time activity enjoyment in the elderly. Methods: A questionnaire on 5 questions of the definition，which the lead author devised, was distributed to 184 occupational therapists who evaluated the definition using a 5-point scale. The definition was judged appropriate when the consent rate was higher than 80% and the non-consent rate was 1% or less. The definition was also confirmed as valid by checking compatibility with related references. Results: If the definition “the pleasure of the activity in the elderly is that feeling becomes good while carrying out leisure-time activities” had a consent rate of 96.7% and a disagreement rate of 0.5%, then it was judged as valid. Conclusion: It was judged that the definition “the pleasure of the leisure-time activity in elderly was that feeling becomes good while carrying out the leisure-time activity” was appropriate since the consent standard was met and compatibility with references was obtained.
