精神科デイケア初期適応質問紙とスタッフチェックリストの作成に関する研究

Establishing an early stage questionnaire and staff member checklist for psychiatric daycare

要旨：精神科デイケア利用者の医療中断は30～40％と多い．本研究では，consensus methodによる研究過程を経て，初期適応過程の評価と援助のために，「精神科デイケア初期適応質問紙」の開発を行った．段階的に質問紙項目試案の作成，精神科デイケアスタッフ10名による専門職の会合の開催，オンライン全国アンケート調査を行い，初期適応の定義，評価や援助手段の方略，ツール開発にコンセンサスを得た．最終的に，当初の質問紙開発について検討を加え，「コミュニケーションツールとしての精神科デイケア初期適応質問紙」48項目と，「精神科デイケア初期適応に関するスタッフチェックリスト」35項目の収れん結果を得た．

　Appropriate evaluation and support are required for psychiatric daycare users, as between 30 and 40 % of them discontinue their medical care because of the strain and anxiousness of being in unfamiliar groups. This study aimed at establishing questionnaires for early stage adaptation to enhance evaluations and supports for early-stage adaptation processes in psychiatric daycare. A three-step consensus method was used which measured the consensus degree among participants. The first step established an initial questionnaire, and the second step included discussions among ten experts who engaged in psychiatric daycare institutes. The last step was a nationwide survey via internet. Consensus was obtained concerning the definition of early stage adaptation, strategies for evaluation and support methods and establishment of a communication tool through the three steps. The final products in this study were Early Stage Questionnaire Adaptation in Psychiatry Daycare Users as a Communication Tool with 48 items, and Staff Member Checklist towards Early Stage Adaptation in Psychiatry Daycare with 35 items. Those items were converged, thus concluding that the established questionnaires obtained consensus.
