精神科デイケアと就労移行支援の連携において作業療法士のアセスメント過程の共有が効果的であった1事例

The effectiveness of sharing the assessment process by an occupational therapist in the collaboration between a psychiatric day hospital and an employment transition service: A case report

要旨：今回，精神科デイケアで勤務する筆者は，事例を通して就労移行支援事業所の支援員と連携を行う機会を得た．介入経過の中で，アセスメント過程を支援員と共有することにより，連携が促進され，事例の主観的・就労関連アウトカムへの良好な影響が生じた．特に，非専門職である支援員との連携において，アセスメント過程の共有は作業療法士が実践する連携の効果的な方法の一つであると考えられた．

　The authors, working at a psychiatric day hospital, collaborated with a support worker at an employment transition service through a case study. During the course of the intervention, sharing the assessment process facilitated collaboration and had a positive impact on the subjective and work-related outcomes of the case. In particular, sharing the assessment process was considered one of the most effective ways for occupational therapists to collaborate with support workers, who are non-professionals.
