はじめに

　社会参加を家庭・地域・職場などを構成する人や社会制度などのシステムとの相互的な関係が存在する空間で生活をすることとした場合，自立支援は，障害がある本人の価値観や歴史及び状態を踏まえながら，同性・同世代の人たちと同様に本人が日々の営みから生活スタイルなど自身に関することを選択・判断しやすくするための取組みである．学齢期や稼働年齢層の脳損傷や脊髄障害などによる中途障害者が，復学や復職など社会生活の中で自立していくためには，個人のプラス面に焦点を当てた総合リハビリテーションが自立支援の重要な要素となる．

Abstract : To support the independence of people with disabilities, especially spinal cord injuries and/or brain injuries, comprehensive rehabilitation that includes vocational and social rehabilitation is necessary to meet individual needs.
