腹腔鏡下マイクロウェーブ凝固療法施行中に心電図でST上昇を認めた1例

A Case Showed Abnormal ECG (ST elevation) during Laparoscopic Microwave Coagulation Therapy

　マイクロ波手術器は，誘導熱エネルギーを利用して生体内で優れた止血，凝固を示す手術器である．近年，マイクロウェーブ凝固療法（MCT）は，肝細胞癌の治療の1つとして広く用いられるようになってきた．しかしながら，膿瘍形成，出血，消化管損傷，胸水の貯留などの合併症も報告されている．今回われわれは，解離電流通電中のST上昇を経験したので報告する．

Microwave surgical instrument has an ability at hemostasis and coagulation in vital tissue with induced thermal energy. Recently microwave coagulation therapy (MCT) has been widely used as a therapeutic procedure for hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). Otherwise. unfavorable complications have been reported including abscessformation, bleeding, gastrointestinal tract injury, and retention of pleural effusion. This time, we experienced anabnormal ECG (ST elevation) during the generation of dissociate electric current.
