胃粘膜下腫瘍に対する腹腔鏡下胃局所切除術におけるEndo GIA Radial ReloadTMの応用

Usefulness of Endo GIA Radial ReloadTM for laparoscopic local resection for gastric submucosal tumor

◆要旨：胃粘膜下腫瘍に対する胃楔状切除は簡便で有用な方法である．今回curved staplerであるEndo GIA Radial Reload^TMを腹腔鏡下胃部分切除術に応用した．胃粘膜下腫瘍3症例に対する手術の手術時間は平均60分，出血量は平均1gで，術後合併症なく安全に施行できた．手技には工夫を要するが，胃壁を曲線的に切除することにより，切除マージンを小さくすることが可能で，胃の変形も少なくできた．胃粘膜下腫瘍に対する腹腔鏡下胃局所切除術においてEndo GIA Radial Reload^TMは有用なツールの1つであり，その手術手技を報告する．

　Wedge resection is an easy and useful method for gastric submucosal tumor. We applied a curved stapler, Endo GIA Radial Reload^TM, to laparoscopic local resection of the stomach. Three cases were operated without any complications. The mean operation time was 60 minutes and the mean estimated blood loss was 1g. Curved resection of gastric wall with less margin resulted in less deformation of the stomach. Endo GIA Radial Reload^TM is one of the useful tools in the laparoscopic local resection for gastric submucosal tumor. The technique and procedures are reported.
