腹腔鏡下食道消化管吻合術の実際

Laparoscopic side-to-side esophago-jejunostomy and esophagogastrostomy using a linear stapler after proxiaml or total gastrectomy

◆要旨：腹腔鏡下胃全摘や腹腔鏡下噴門側胃切除後の食道空腸，食道残胃吻合は小開腹創からでは困難である．われわれは，これらに対して機能的端々吻合とlinear stapled side-to-side anastomotic technique（以下，Over lap法）の2種類のlinear staplerを用いた吻合を行っている．これらは，いずれも腹腔鏡下で施行可能な安全で有効な吻合法であると考える．
