How to write a research plan

研究の実施に先立って，研究責任者は研究計画書を作成する必要がある。研究計画書は研究の「倫理的妥当性」や「科学的合理性」が確保され，再現性を担保しつつ適正かつ円滑に推進されるように作成しなければならないが，そのために記載すべき項目や内容はあらかじめ定められている。本稿では，研究計画書について概説するとともに，具体的な記載方法について注意点を交えて解説する。さらに，研究費申請書の書き方についても実例を交えて紹介する。

Researchers have an obligation to write a research plan. The purpose of writing a research plan is to ensure ethical validity and scientific rationality. In Japan, the contents to be described in a research plan are prescribed by the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports, Science and Technology, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry. This article describes the approach to writing a research plan. In addition, supplementary explanations are added item by item if there are additional points to be noted. Researchers have a chance to write a grant proposal to obtain the requisite funding for their project. A grant proposal is similar to a research plan in that it lays out the rationale and plan for a research project, but they differ from each other in some respects.
