7．薬剤師の役割—医薬品の供給と備蓄における現状と課題

The important role of pharmacists and the management of pharmaceutical products in disasters

日常診療における薬剤師の重要な役割の1つに，医薬品の供給と管理がある。この役割は，災害時医療において平時以上に重要になる。災害時に医薬品の供給をすみやかに行えるように，平時より災害時の薬剤師業務のマニュアル作りや卸業者との連携が求められる。

　災害の種類によって必要となる医薬品は異なる。特に，化学災害等で使用する解毒剤は，日常診療では使用する機会が少ないため，医薬品の供給だけでなく使用方法などの情報提供も求められる。以下，本稿では，日常診療でも使用する医薬品に関する災害対応計画や，「大規模自然災害」と「特殊な災害」それぞれの，発災時の医薬品供給・備蓄体制に関して紹介する。

One of the important roles of the pharmacist in medical treatment is the supply and management of pharmaceutical products. This is more important in the event of a disaster. Cooperation of the wholesaler with the pharmacist at the time of a disaster is needed to assure continued supply of pharmaceutical products at the time of a disaster, much more than under normal circumstances. The pharmaceutical products needed vary according to the type of disaster. Knowing the supply of pharmaceutical products and their usage is needed because the antidotes needed in chemical disasters are rarely used in medical treatment. This paper introduces concepts of pharmaceutical product supply, storage systems at the time of a disaster, and the disaster-response plan for pharmaceutical products as well as “large-scale natural disaster” and “special disasters”.
