Introduction

Anraku has basically been a concept that is observed and evaluated among patients. However the actual colloquial use of the term among the patients is not so common: you may not hear the term so often. That is the reason why the oral interview was not employed for this research because the patients might not be ready to give the tangible definitions of the term to the researcher on the sight.
