はじめに
東日本大震災復興特別区域法（以下，特区法）のもとで訪問リハビリステーションの事業運営が認められ，気仙沼訪問リハビリステーション（以下，当事業所）は気仙沼地域に対して訪問リハビリテーションを提供している．本稿では，医療・介護資源が少ない離島（大島）での当事業所のこれまでの活動と考察を述べる．
