Concept of IgG4-related disease

自己免疫性膵炎(AIP)は近年type 1とtype 2の2つのサブタイプに分けられている．type 1 AIPはIgG4に関連し，type 2 AIPはIgG4に関連しない．IgG4関連疾患は最近提唱された概念であるが，血清IgG4上昇，IgG4陽性形質細胞多数浸潤，多臓器浸潤を特徴とする．type 1 AIPはIgG4関連疾患の1つである．IgG4関連疾患の概念は今後の研究によって変遷するであろう．

Autoimmune pancreatitis (AIP) is divided into two subtypes, type 1 AIP, related to IgG4 and type 2 AIP, not related to IgG4.　IgG4-related disease is a recently described entity, characterized by increased serum IgG4 concentration, abundant infiltration of IgG4 positive plasmacytes and multi-organ involvement.　Type 1 AIP is one of the IgG4-related diseases.　The concept of IgG4-related disease will change in accordance with future studies.
