破傷風治療中に発見された鼻T細胞型リンパ腫の1例

Nasal T-cell Lymphoma Following Tetanus: Report of a Case

I．はじめに

　最近リンパ球のT，B cellマーカーを応用した免疫学的研究により進行性鼻壊疽の中に鼻T細胞型リンパ腫が存在することが報告されてきた^1,2）。今回われわれは破傷風後に発症したT細胞型リンパ腫と思われる進行性鼻壊疽の1例を経験したので，若干の文献的考察を加えて報告する。

　A 19-year-old male with lethal midline granuloma of nose following tetanus was diagnosed as nasal T-cell lymphoma by means of immunohistological examination. Recently the caution against blood transfusion from donors seropositive to ATLA (adult T-cell lymphoma associated antigen) is detailed, but ATLA antibody was negative in this case. The immunohistological examination in lethal midline granuloma is very important to make diagnosis and treatment.
