I．緒言
舌神経鞘腫の1例を経験したのでその治験を報告し，あわせて文献による考察を加えた。
A case of neurilemmoma of the tongue in a 30-year-old male was reported.
The patient complained of the tumor in the tongue, speech disorder at the time of admission. The tumor was removed without difficulty under general anesthesia.
The tumor measured 2.5×2.0×1.5 cm in dimension. Histopathological examination revealed neurilemmoma of so-called type A. The patient was released from his suffering without any recurrence 3 months after the operation.
