I．緒言
ラリンゴケーレは古くから知られた疾患であるが比較的稀なものとされている。外国文献には散見されるが本邦では最近10年間に報告例がない。著者は最近その1例を経験し，外科的治療で完治せしめたので報告する。
One case of laryngocele is reported.
A 58-year-old male patient complained of a soft mass in the left side of the neck, which increased in its size when the pharyngeal pressure was increased. The cele was extirpated with external approach. Pathological studies consisted of cylinderepithelium.
He has been well for one year after the surgery.
