家族性ベル麻痺の一家系

FAMILIAL BELL'S PALSY: A REPORT OF CASE

　I．緒言

　末梢性顔面神経麻痺は，臨床上しばしば遭遇する疾患であるが，同一家系中に2名以上のベル麻痺の発症をみる，いわゆる家族性ベル麻痺の報告例はきわめて少ない（第1表）。

　われわれは最近，家族性ベル麻痺の一家系を経験したので報告する。

　There were many reports of peripheral facial paralysis but were few reports of "familial Bell's palsy" in which more than two patients with Bell's palsy were formed in one family.

　We reported familial Bell's palsy in three patients in a family and one of them had repeated bilateral Bell's palsy.
