耳下腺単純腺腫の1例

AN ADENOMA OF PAROTID GLAND, A CASE REPORT

　I．はじめに

　唾液腺には，上皮性良性のものに，いわゆる良性混合腫瘍（多形腺腫）がもつとも頻度が高いことが知られている。さらに，稀なものに，単純腺腫，Oncocytoma，Warthin腫瘍Hürthle cell adenomaなどがあるが，このうちの単純腺腫（simple adenoma）とされるものは，文献的報告には時折みられるが，実際には，良性混合腫瘍の部分像であることがほとんどで，pureなものはきわめて稀である。

　本稿では，35歳の女子の左耳下腺に生じたpure simple adenomaの1例を報告する。

　A case of a simple adenoma of the parotid gland in a female, aged 35, is reported. Most cases of simple adenoma of the salivary gland have been considered as variants of so-called mixed tumor.

　The tumor in the present case measured 3 × 3 cm and found to be encapsulated. Microscopical diagnosis was simple adenoma without any myx omatous or chondromatous stroma.
