巨大ガマ腫壁にみられた乳頭状嚢腺腫の1例

PAPILLARY CYSTADENOMA IN THE WALL OF AN ENORMOUS RANULA

　Ⅰ．緒言

　顎下部にまで達するガマ腫は，古来数多く報告されているが，最近著者らは，巨大なガマ腫壁に唾液腺における発生は稀な乳頭状嚢腺腫がみられた症例を経験したので報告する。

　A rare case of papillary cystadenoma of sublingual gland is reported. The patient a housewife, aged 56, complained of a cyst of the left submaxillary region which was noted about 3 years after previous removal of a ranula. The cyst, which was easily removed measured 8×7×10cm, had developed from the left sublingual gland. The inner wall of the cyst was smooth excepting for a part of the inner surface which showed 3 nodular projections measuring 1×1×0.7 cm. Histological examination of the growth revealed it to be a papillary cystadenoma. The postoperative course is uneventful 4 months after the operation.
