Ⅰ．緒言
下咽頭および食道の良性腫瘍は，比較的稀とされているが，最近われわれは上部食道に発生した巨大な線維脂肪腫の1例を経験したのでこれを報告する。
A woman, aged 69, was found to be affected with a pedunculated reticulolipoma which measured 13×5×5 cm after its removal that was attached to the upper end of the esophagus.
The removal was effected by external cervical approach.
