顔面に発生した黒色の腫瘍について

PIGMENTED TUMORS OF THE FACE

　Ⅰ．緒言

　黒子（ほくろ）が急に潰瘍化したり，増大した場合は，悪性化したと考えるのが常識である。最近，私たちは生来，鼻翼部にあつた黒子が漸時増大し，中心部に潰瘍を形成した2症例と耳介腔の黒子様のものが増大した1症例に遭遇し，これを治療する機会を得た。これらの症例は基底細胞癌と脂漏性角化症で，いずれも黒色を呈する皮膚腫瘍であり，発生した部位が顔面である所より，その治療には，cosmeticな考慮がはらわれた。今回はこれらの小経験につき報告するとともに，顔面の黒色の皮膚腫瘍，黒子の悪性化，耳介のcomposite graftによる鼻翼形成などにつきいささかの考察も加えてここに報告する。

　Three cases of pigmented tumor that degenerated from common nevi are reported. Two of these cases with the lesion on the nasal ala were found to be basal cell carcinoma and the other a seborrheic keratosis involving the auricle.

　The method of surgical removal and repair of nasal ala by means of plastic operation are presented; pigmented skin tumors are also discussed.
