心因性チツク症にみられた律動性喉頭部痙攣の1例

　緒言

　従来軟口蓋，舌，咽頭，前頸部等に律動性痙攣を惹起する疾患は稀なものとされており，従つてその症例報告も比較的少いようである。最近私は心因性チツク症に斯かる症状を伴つた症例に遭遇したので茲に報告する次第である。

A case of psychomotor tic with spastic co-ntraction of laryngeal muscles is seen in a boy, aged 6, The patient is found to be atta-cked with sudden onset of spasmotic muscu-lar contraction in the muscles of the larynx and pharynx. Drugs intended for muscular relaxation and tranquillization showed no effe-ct in the course of the disease. Treatment oy psychoanalysis proved to be the only effe-ctive means by which the patient was relie-ved of his symptoms.
