外耳に原発せる耳下腺混合腫瘍の1例

A MIXED SALIVARY GLAND TUMOR ORIGINA TING FROM THE EXTERNAL EAR CANAL

　Ⅰ．緒言

　聴器に腫瘍が発生することは比較的少なく，又外耳に耳下腺混合腫瘍が原発することは極めて稀であり，著者の渉猟した文献の範囲内では我国に1例外国に4例の報告をみるに過ぎない。我々は最近，外耳道入口部に原発し術前病理組織学的検査により炎症又は腺癌と診断され，術後摘出腫瘍より耳下腺混合腫瘍と確診された興味ある1例を経験したので報告する。

A seemingly malignant tumor was excised from the entrance of the left external auditory canal of a 15-year-old girl.

A histological examination revealed a mixed salivary gland tumor of the parotid. The authors added one case of the salivary gland mixed tumor occurring in this region to the five already reported in the literature.
