主に前庭症状を示す耳帯状疱疹の観察

OBSERVATION OF HERPES ZOSTER OTICUS WHICH SHOWED VESTIBULAR DYSFUNCTION AS ITS MAIN SYMPTOM

　Ⅰ．緒言

　比較的稀であるといわれているが，耳帯状疱疹は他科で診断され，治療を受ける例数がかなりあると思われる。然し難聴や平衡障害のためにずつとあとになつて耳鼻科医を訪れることもある。非定型のものの方が多い耳帯状疱疹の中でも，前庭症状のみを孤立性に示した症例を最近経験したので報告し，いささかの検討を加えた。

In the pre-sent case a woman, aged 26, who was affec-ted with a light attack of otitic herpes com-plained of severe dizziness. There was no facial palsy nor any loss of hearing. It re-quired a period of 4 months before the sym-ptom of diziness was appreciably allayed with the disappearence of spontaneous nysta-gmus but, the signs of canal paresis persis-ted without any change.
