急激な経過を辿つた耳帯状疱疹症例

　耳帯状疱疹は，耳疱疹の他顔面神経麻痺，聴・前庭神経障害を伴い，臨床上特異な所見を呈するものであり，本邦においては最近森本^1），猪^2）等の詳細な報告がみられる。

　本症の治療として，以前は必ずしも適確な方法が見られなかつたが，近時抗生物質の著しい進歩により，その予後は比較的良好とされている。

Koizumi reports a case of herpes zoster that occurred around the ear. Spinal fluid examination showed a marked increase of lymphocytes. A large amount of aureomycin administered to the patient since very begin-ning of the disease appeared to have no influence in its course.
