I　緒言

　Hebraが1872年に記載したImpetigs herpe-tiformisに関しては，その発生病理に末だ定説はなく，類縁疾患との異同についても，種々議論がある。Acrodermatitis continua Hallopeau，Psoriasis pustulosa，特に，1956年，Sneddon　＆Wilkinsonが独立性疾患としたsubcornealpustular dermatosisとの鑑別については特に問題点が多い。

　最近，妊娠にひきつづき発症したImpetigoherpetiformisと思われる1例を経験のたのを機会に，本症について文献的考察ならびに検討を行うことができたので，これについて記載し，御批判をあおぎたい。

A case of impetigo herpetiformis was reported, which started after delivery. She had systemic symptomes and showed a V-shaped intraepidermal pustule of Neumann and Nishiyama.

A review of this disorder was performed, especially in its differential diagnosis. Acro-dermatitis continua Hallopeau, pustular psoriasis Zumbush and pustulosis palmaris et plantaris can easily be differentiated from it on the clinical and histopathological stand points.

However its pathogenesis and nosology, especially its relationship with subcorneal pustular dermatosis Sneddon-Wilkinson are not yet settled. So far the general symptoms and the serum calcium level have been main points for their differentiation, but further investig-ations into their basic and pathognomonic changes and findings are expected.
