血管運動神経性鼻炎に対するHistaglobinの使用経験

THE USE OF HISTAGLOBIN IN VASOMOTOR RHINITIS

　Ⅰ．緒言

　所謂血管運動神経性鼻炎と呼ばれる疾病は一種のアレルギー性疾患であると考えられるがアレルゲンの証明されたものが少ない。

　そのためにこれに対する薬物的治療も脱感作療法，ヒスタミン療法，抗ヒスタミン療法，Menthol，Ephedrin，Adrenalin，Privin，Atropin，Tebrone，ACTH，Cortisone等種々行われている。これらの治療法によつて対症的にはかなりの成績が得られているが，現在なお満足すべきものがなく，持続的な治癒は仲々望めない現状である。

　Histaglobin, which is a complex composed of histamine and human gammaglobin in the ratio of 1:80,000 respective parts, was used in 22 cases of proven vasomotor rhinitis. The results appeared to be markedly effective in 7 cases; fairly effective in 6 cases; somewhat effective in 4 cases and without any effect in 5 cases. No side effect was seen in the use of this agent.
