右側頭骨内血管腫の1例

ANGIOMA RACEMOSUM OF THE TEMPORAL BONE

　Ⅰ．緒言

　耳介内至は外耳道に発生する血管腫の報告例は稀にみられるが，中耳等の側頭骨内に発生する血管腫は極めて稀で，本邦に於ては僅か広戸，他^1）の1例の報告例をみるにすぎない。

　私達は最近，時々大量の出血を来たし，諸種脳神経麻痺を伴つた右中耳附近より発生したと思われる蔓状血管腫の1例を経験したのでここに報告する。尚患者は某病院にて数年前にこの血管腫のためと推測されるが中耳根治手術を受けており，血管腫はその手術腔に発育充満しており一見診断に困難を感じた症例である。

A case of angioma racemosum (microscopi-cally angioma cavernosum) of the temporal bone of the patient, aged 40, is reported. The tumor appeared to have originated from the region of the middle ear or the bulbus venae jugularis and occupied the sunken area of the temporal bone, which was caused by radi-cal mastoidectomy performed 5 years previou-sly, with irritation of various cranial nerves. The use of 2,000 r x-ray irradiation was hi-ghly effective towards its recovery.
