めまいに対する自律神経機能検査特にその診断的意義

　耳鼻科医を訪れるめまい患者ことにメニエール病が自律神経機能と密接な関係があることはよく知られているが^1）2），自律神経機能の検査法には種々のものがあり，またそれだけに信頼の置けるものが少く，何を行なつたらよいか判断に迷うものである。われわれは容易にして信頼性の高いという点に重点を置き，血圧と脈搏を指標とする自律神経機能検査法を採用してみたが，特に最近注目されている中枢性薬効反応を中心に検討してみた。

It is found that functional test of autonom-ic nerves which are in the realms of the cir-culatory system is an effective means by which to test cases of vertigo; it is easily applicable in daily clinical practice. The follo-wing results are obtained:

(1) There is a considerable functional ins- tability present in the autonomic ner- ves in cases of vertigo.

(2) In vertigo cases regardless of the cau- se graphic representation of their reac- tion against Mecholyl and noradrenalin appear to have a similar characteristics and to which, the authors have given the name of "vertigo type".

(3) Mecholyl test may be employed as an effective indicator of clincal progress of vertigo.
