全身に広範なる転移を起した上顎癌の1剖検例

　I．緒論

　上顎癌は予後の極めて悪い悪性腫瘍であるが，それにも拘らず局所の淋巴節転移すら比較的稀で殊に遠隔転移は末期に於ても極めて稀なものとされている。吾々は全身に広範なる淋巴行性並びに血行性転移を来した上顎癌の一例を経験したので報告する。

A case of generalized metastasis of the maxillary cancer through the lymphatic as well as vascular systems is reported. This case is particularly interesting because maxi-llary cancers in general very seldom cause metastasis to other areas of the body not even to the surrounding region of the cervical area.
