悪性黒色腫の2症例

　I．緒言

　耳鼻科領域に於ける悪性黒色腫の報告は，1882年Niebergに始まり，本邦に於いては1914年岡田氏の硬口蓋に発生を見た症例以来，比較的稀である。私達は最近鼻腔及び上歯齦に発生した悪性黒色腫の2症例を経験し得たので追加報告すると共に，これに文献的考察を加えた。

Two cases of malignant melanoma are reported. The malignancy in the first case appeared to have orginated from the left ethmoid cells to spread into the maxillary sinus. The patient made a complete reco-very following surgical treatment and deep X-ray therapy. In the second case the mela-noma began its development from the dental root of the upper right jaw. The patient recovered by surgical treatment. The pati-ents are under follow-up observations hut, as yet, there are no signs of recurrences.
