前頭洞Pyoceleの2例

　I．緒言

　所謂拡張性前頭洞炎は，洞内の多量の分泌液潴溜のために洞骨壁が圧迫され菲薄となり，遂には骨壁を破壊するが，その内容によつてHydrocele．Mucocele或はPyoceleと称されるものである。私達は先に（本誌27巻7号）上眼瞼に瘻孔を有せる前頭洞Pyoceleの1例に就いて報告したが，最近鼻症状を全く欠除し，眼症状のみを訴えた前頭洞Pyoceleの1例及び両側前頭洞交通し硬脳膜外膿瘍を合併した1例を得たので報告する。

Ichihara and associates report a case of fr-ontal sinus pyocele with abcense of nasal trou-bles ; the symptoms consisted mainly of do-uble vision, blurred vision, exophthalmos and a swelling that occured on the suprior po-rtion of the inner canthus. There were a co-nsiderable pain in the ocular regions. Symtoms of meningeal irritation were also found.
