心筋梗塞症患者の咽痛について

　I．はしがき

　心筋梗塞症は比較的多い疾患であるが，耳鼻科との関係は少い。処が我々は内科に入院したこの一患者が高度な咽頭痛を訴えたので廻診を依頼され，嘔吐頻数のためか咽頭発赤もあつたため咽頭炎の診断をつけたが暫くにして咽痛は消退し，胸部，心臓部に疼痛が限局し，心臓に端を発した咽頭痛であつたことを知り，反省させられるものがあり，咽痛が如何にして起つたかを究明したので症例と共に報告したいと思う。
